We are approved as a CPE sponsor by the New York State Education Department's State Board for Public Accountancy. Note, not all courses qualify for CPE credit. Our programs are held at our convenient midtown venue at the New York City Bar Association - 42 West 44th Street (between 5th & 6th Avenues), New York, NY 10036. If you are unable to attend a course, you can purchase CDs/DVDs, attend a video replay, view online or purchase materials.

Walk-ins are accepted for all programs, unless otherwise noted. A $25 walk-in fee applies. Confirmation will be sent by email one day prior to the program. The City Bar Center for CLE is an accredited provider in the States of New York, California, Illinois, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. For live programs, New York, California and New Jersey credits are the same, however Illinois & Pennsylvania credit differs since credit is based on a 60 minute hour, not a 50 minute credit hour. For online, DVDs/CDs, both California and Illinois credit is based on a 60 minute credit hour, therefore it differs from New York and New Jersey. Video Replay programs do not provide Pennsylvania CLE credit. California and Illinois credit is not available after one year from the date of the program.
