Ms. Stolper is a partner in the New York office
of Shearman & Sterling LLP where she specializes primarily in corporate
and project finance transactions in emerging markets. Ms. Stolper is co-editor of Latin American Capital Markets,
published by Juris Publishing and a member of the Cyrus R. Vance Center
for International Justice Initiatives Committee of the City Bar
Association. Ms. Stolper
received her B.A. from Yale University and her J.D. from New York
University Law School.
