The Senior Lawyers Committee organizes the City Bar Mentoring Program at Martin Luther King Jr. High School, located in Manhattan near Lincoln Center. Volunteer attorneys, of any age, are assigned a student entering freshman year. The mentor and the student meet regularly throughout the high school year, and hopefully continuing during the student's four year enrollment. Social events with students and mentors are held at the City Bar at Christmas and at the end of the school year. For more information about the Mentoring Program contact Ira Goldstein at 212-326-0804.
