This is a special free legal seminar for small-business
owners and anyone interested in starting their
own business. This program will discuss the most
critical legal issues for starting up a small
business or running one efficiently – and
the course is free and open to the public.
Topics will include: incorporation, partners
and investors, commercial leases, financing, employees,
and compliance with regulations.
There will be a question and answer period
after the presentation.
