a discussion on the controversy and issues relating
to the re-creation of Downtown Manhattan at a special
open forum to be held at the Association of the
Bar of the City of New York on Wednesday, March
3, 7-9 p.m. A panel of professionals will examine
the latest developments regarding design, transportation,
historic preservation and land use concerns. The
program is free and open to the public, and will
be held at the House of the Association, 42 West
44th Street.
