Medical Plans * – Choose
between 3 plans from Oxford — High Deductible Health Plans
for Health Savings Accounts, the Freedom Plan Metro SM,
and a traditional Point-of-Service program that offer 3
deductibles. All 3 health plans give members the freedom
to receive care from over 60,000 Oxford affiliated physicians,
or to seek care outside the Oxford network.
Term Life* – Members can apply
for $1,000,000, spouses can apply for $500,000, and non-attorney
employees can apply for $500,000.
Business Overhead Expense – Coverage
up to $15,000 per month is available for members under age
50. $10,000 per month is available for members between ages
50 and 60. Two year maximum benefit period.
Long Term Care* – Up
to $10,000 per month is available. The plan is disability
based – It pays benefits upon the loss of two of the
six Activities of Daily Living, or cognitive impairment.
Catastrophe Major Medical – A high
deductible program that provides a supplement to your basic
medical insurance.
Auto & Homeowners – Provides
special discounts on automobile and homeowners premiums
for members of the Association.
Accidental Death And Dismemberment – Acceptance
is guaranteed to age 70. Member and spouse may purchase
from $100,000 to $750,000 of coverage.
